A Business Saved

Often customers referred to the Hub are frustrated and confused with their situation.  When we know there is something we can help with we persevere until they are ready to talk.  One reluctant customer following a family crisis and not being able to afford day to day living was facing losing thier business.  Ellie referred the customer to SERCO who are now helping with training and have provided a business mentor.  Although we don’t deliver directly we make sure no one misses out.  This initially reluctant customer said of the Hub:-

“For 4 years everything has felt black.

Talking to you is like a light at the end of the tunnel”.
