Smart Tenants –  Smart Tenants is aimed at people living in social housing who would like to improve their money management skills whilst also exploring employment, volunteering and upskilling opportunities.  There are 4 Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) delivering Smart Tenants in Cornwall.
