Jenny Saunders – Chief Executive of NEA identified the need to aim for long term support. Work must continue with families especially rural homes by
- replacing broken boilers for people who have been without heating for years,
- work with landlords to reduce fuel poverty and improve households and
- provide affordable heat for all
