We live in pretty gruesome economic times with a cost of living crisis that is hitting all but the very rich extremely hard – it cuts deep, and often…relentless, inescapable, daily – frightening for many, it really is. They feel there’s a chain of events that is bringing them spiralling down. It’s that serious. Life has been knocked out of its usual rhythm. And we’ve got to get that back.

At Inclusion Cornwall this is familiar territory for us as we were set up to make life that bit easier for those challenged by the unfairnesses of life and we have something of a track record in doing so. And if we don’t immediately have the answer ourselves we know people who do, where we can go to find real answers and often real money to make a real difference to ordinary people.

There is actually much real assistance out there but people need leading by the hand to find it and to make real use of it. Government, both national and local, often actually make the right moves but then leave things hanging there. We can be more agile and more solution oriented. Pushing bright ideas home. Making a difference.  

Recognizing that the clock is ticking and that people need real help now! This is tough but not impossible.

We’ve been doing this for years and have helped thousands of people in Cornwall and IOS. As winter approaches (yes heatwaves soon turn into cold snaps!) we will find more and more taking advantage of our ‘Winter Wellbeing’ knowledge, advice and funding that has already helped thousands deal with the cold and damp. We know where funding lies and who is able to claim it and how. We know all the food banks and charities that can come to the rescue – every little helps. And soon every little step can add up to a more positive and rewarding rhythm in your life. Some light at the end of the tunnel. A brighter, more liveable future,
